Redart is a cloud accounting and billing product developed and owned by Resworb Solutions. Resworb Solutions is the parent company that operates the platform and is the controller responsible for the personal information handled through this website and the Service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

When you enquire through our signup or demo forms, we collect the details you provide: your name, company name, mobile/WhatsApp number, email address, city/mandi, and what software you currently use. A hidden anti-spam field and the page you came from are recorded to protect the form.

When you become a customer, we process the business data in your workspace (accounts, bills, and any historical data we migrate for you) and basic usage information needed to run and support the Service.

We use enquiry details to contact you and set up your workspace. We use customer data to provide, secure, support and improve the Service. We do not use your business data for advertising, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the platform (for example hosting, email delivery and file storage), under obligations of confidentiality and only as needed to provide the Service — and where the law requires it. These providers act on Resworb Solutions’s instructions.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up and for our records. Customer workspace data is retained for the life of your account and, after closure, only as long as the law requires. After that it is deleted, or returned to you on request.

Access to the Service is authenticated, and each customer’s data is isolated to their own workspace. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, though no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by writing to us. We will respond as required by applicable law.
